Ghana Health Service has taken delivery of 600,000 tablets of Albendazole and 300,000 tablets of Mebendazole Essential Medicine donated by Good Neighbors Ghana.
Dr. Patrick Kuma-Aboagye, Director-General of the Service, expressed gratitude to Good Neighbors Ghana upon receiving the products and pledged that the medicines will be used for their intended purpose.
The Administrative Officer of Good Neighbors, Sandra Boateng said the donation would be distributed to the Regional Health Directorate in the Volta region for distribution in the health facilities, she explained that Volta region was their Community development project Area.
Daeseong Cho, the Country Director of Good Neighbors Ghana, appreciated the Ghana Health Service for their Corporation. He noted that the donations were made to support the health Sectors in Ghana.
