Dodowa Health Research Centre (DHRC) Site Profile
The Dodowa Health Research Centre is one of the three research centres of the Research and Development Division of the Ghana Health Service. It is located in Dodowa, the district capital Shai-Osudoku District of the Greater Accra Region was created with the mandate to conduct health research work with the aim of guiding decision-making and policy development with Ghana Health Service.
DHRC’s Vision: To be a trusted source for evidence supporting and evaluating progress towards health and development goals.
Mission Statement: To lead a coordinated approach by the world’s health and demographic surveillance systems to provide timely longitudinal evidence across the range of transitioning settings to understand and improve population health and development policy and practice.
